* Friday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM

* Monday–Thursday: Available upon request

* Weekday and holiday pricing negotiable

💲 Rental Pricing

* Friday & Sunday: $700

* Saturday: $800

📌 Reservation Requirement

* $300 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date

🧹 After-Event Cleanup Service – $300

Includes full cleanup after your event.

(Renter is only responsible for removing garbage and doing a light sweep.)

🍽️ Full-Service Event Package (75+ Guests):

For parties of 75–100 guests, we offer a full-service buffet-style package that includes:

* Food

* Beverages

* Ice

* Cups, plates, napkins, and utensils

* Bartender and servers

* Full cleanup service

Pricing currently ranges from $45–$50 per person depending on menu selection.

*Decorations, desserts, beer, and liquor are not included.*
